About

Change is everywhere and happening faster than ever. Technological progress, economic and social shifts, political events, and environmental pressures affect us every day. And with our global connectedness we share these experiences instantly.

Even with change all around us, we tend to resist it. We may be afraid of the unknown, feel overwhelmed, or we may simply be more comfortable with the way things were. Yet, avoiding change is never the answer.

At The Good Change Agency, we embrace change leadership as a future-proof skill to help us navigate change. It is essential to help us remain agile, innovative, and relevant in a time of relentless disruption. With change leadership at our core, we design and execute programs that deliver good change.

Good change has purpose and is inclusive. It is sustainable and responsive. It empowers, enables, and is measured. We understand that good change may be different for different people.

If you are a change leader facing ambiguity and uncertainty, resistance and shifting expectations, while having to build and sustain momentum, we can help.

Philosophy

Philosophy

At The Good Change Agency, we manifest that change is good. It may be scary, it is seldom easy, and it is very often misunderstood. Transitions can be particularly challenging. Yet, change helps us grow, learn, and advance. It also offers new opportunities and experiences. By leaning in with courage and commitment, it is possible to turn it to beauty.

We view change as a dynamic interplay between your context and your responses. Your context invites you to change, and you have a choice in how you react to that invitation. You may choose to underreact, react adequately or overreact. Your level of response, however, has consequences, which you need to plan for.

Change leadership is not the responsibility of a single person. It is a team effort that includes everyone involved with the change. By engaging and holding everyone accountable for their contributions, you enhance your change success and achieve transformative outcomes.

Philosophy

We are inspired by the butterfly as a metaphor for the opportunity in change. In a remarkable metamorphosis, a caterpillar breaks down its old form to emerge as a magnificent butterfly.

There are no guarantees in this transformation, just as there are no certainties in any journey of change. Yet, there are patterns and examples that we can learn from. At TGCA, we leverage our experience with change, industry trends and leading practices to guide our design and delivery.

There are no big or small changes. In a world of increasing complexity, a snowflake can trigger an avalanche, and a butterfly can cause a hurricane. At TGCA, we consider your collective change context to anticipate and mitigate unintended consequences.

Your change invitation may not be as extensive as that of the caterpillar, but by embracing the change opportunity and partnering with us you can find the beauty and emerge stronger, and more capable. Like the butterfly, you too can spread your wings and soar.

Why Us

You can trust us with your change. This includes mergers and acquisitions, culture transformations, new strategic initiatives, leadership transitions, restructuring and organizational changes, technology implementations, process and efficiency improvements, and operational changes. And anything else that requires a shift in the way people feel, think or work.

We facilitate decisions on your change responses in relation to your context and design your change navigation plan based on the level of change dissonance resulting from your fit position. Our design references leadership processes, qualities and wellbeing.

  • Our comprehensive suite of services covering all aspects of change across full program lifecycles. We utilize artificial intelligence, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and sentiment analysis for data analysis and the development of our work products.
  • Our ability to listen and tailor interventions and solutions to meet your needs. We scale our services up or down based on your unique challenges and opportunities.
